Executive Session
9:51 PM Nina described the three letters received regarding classification and compensation for the following employees:
- Kathy Stanley
- Ginger Toll
- Mary Barroll, Karen Specht, Sara Gardner, Betsy Beth, and Anna MacLeod
Kathy’s request is relating to classification and not compensation. Ginger Toll is currently training to become the Assistant Town Clerk. After some discussion the Selectboard agreed to add a $8,000 salary/wage reserve to the FY19 budget to be able to address these requests, if warranted, after town meeting.
10:36 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Jon seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Jon, Edith and Richy each saying “aye.”
